Job summary

Rotisystems is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock, coordinate receiving, and support reporting and month-end activities. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Sourcing to improve inventory and warehouse processes.

The role requires 1–3 years in inventory control, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory data in ERP/WMS and reconcile variances.
  • Coordinate receiving, labeling, storage, and documentation.
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and analyze trends.
  • Support month-end inventory activities and process improvements.
  • Assist with procurement duties and cross-functional projects.
