Job summary

Waldom Electronics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage day-to-day inventory operations and reconciliations across multiple departments. You will resolve inquiries, adjust on-hand records, and support efficient order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include auditing bin locations, data reconciliation, and generating reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the shipping department to ensure accurate order completion.
• Audit bin locations across buildings for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels based on audits and requests.
• Reconcile inventory data and address discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory issues with multiple departments.
• Perform and document inventory adjustments or moves.
• Generate and review inventory reports for trends.
• Collaborate with other departments on inventory initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for inventory control.
