Waldom Electronics is seeking an Inbound Associate to manage daily receiving operations, inspection, and data integrity for the Green Stock program. You will ensure accurate loading/unloading, quality checks, and documentation within the ERP system.

Responsibilities include receiving items within 24 hours, applying proper lot and origin data, and supporting operations with power equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or related experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1–3 months of related warehouse experience.
• Reads and writes in English; communicates effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Receive, sort, and inspect products accurately and on time.
• Record data on documentation.
• Store products per locating instructions and put away items.
• Load/unload freight; verify quantities against BOL and report discrepancies.
• Receive products within 24-hour receipt target; check accuracy and completeness.
• Document traceability data (date codes, country of origin, lot codes) in ERP.
• Provide material handling support using power equipment.
• Support other departments as needed by leadership.
