Job summary

Waldom Electronics, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Associate to manage daily inbound stock operations with precision. You will inspect and sort received goods, document data, and properly store items while ensuring traceability in our ERP system. This role supports operations with power equipment and cross-department collaboration as needed.

The position emphasizes accuracy, adherence to procedures, and inventory integrity within a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 1-3 months of related warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and data entry tasks.
• Forklift certification is required or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and inspect products accurately and timely.
• Record data on documentation accurately.
• Store products in designated locations per instructions.
• Load and unload freight, verify quantities against BOL, report discrepancies.
• Receive products per supplier packing lists within 24-hour receipt target.
• Document traceability information (date codes, origin, lot codes) in ERP system.
• Provide material handling support using power equipment.
• Support Operations in other departments as needed by leadership.
