Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support ensuring accurate inventory records, timely transaction processing, and availability of consumables for sales branches.

You will maintain data integrity in the ERP/WMS, process withdrawals and returns, coordinate replenishment, and collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and branch staff to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of inventory administration, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transaction processing.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain inventory transactions including withdrawals, returns, transfers, and adjustments in ERP/WMS.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support inventory visibility and reporting.
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment of consumables for sales branches.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and disruptions.
• Support cycle count and reconciliation activities with variance research.
