Job summary

TriMark USA, the nation’s largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry, seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator in Rogers, MN. This in-office, full-time role focuses on accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations.

You will handle cycle counts, yearly physical inventories, bin management, and issue resolution, while supporting freight claims, adjustments, and RMA processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
• 1+ year of experience operating a sit-down forklift and order picker
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Navision is preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile with reports.
• Collaborate on yearly physical inventory with warehouse and operations teams.
• Manage bin placement and safe handling of chemicals.
• Investigate and resolve issues with sales/purchase orders and other inventory matters.
• Assist with freight claims using the company portal.
• Process inventory adjustments in Navision and share weekly reports.
• Oversee RMAs and returned products handling and documentation.
