Trillium Staffing is seeking an Inventory Control / Cycle Count Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. You will perform physical counts, audit inventory, and keep materials accurate to support uninterrupted production.

This role emphasizes moving goods efficiently, researching discrepancies, and maintaining system records, with safety and quality policies guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Comfortable working with numbers and computer systems.
• Experienced with SAP and Excel.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to operate a forklift or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Research inventory variances and determine root causes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and electronic documentation.
• Communicate discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform inventory transactions and system updates.
• Assist with new product launches and material verification.
• Provide backup support to Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Wear required PPE and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
