Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; organize storage areas; conduct cycle counts.
• Order Processing: pick, pack, and stage items; coordinate with carriers; generate shipping docs.
• Facility Maintenance: monitor cleanliness, safety, and equipment; coordinate repairs.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records of movements; generate KPIs; analyze data for improvements.
• Customer Service: act as liaison for internal teams; address inquiries promptly.
