TriMark USA in Rogers, MN is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee weekly cycle counts, yearly physical inventory, bin management, and related order accuracy processes.

You will ensure accurate inventory records, assist with freight claims, and support warehouse operations while adhering to safety protocols. This is an in-office, full-time role reporting to the Warehouse Manager and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• 1+ year operating a sit-down forklift and order picker.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Navision knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile with reports.
• Communicate cycle count results to management for analysis.
• Assist with yearly physical inventory with operations.
• Place inventory safely in designated bins, including chemicals handling.
• Investigate and resolve issues with sales/purchase orders.
• Assist in freight claims using the online portal.
• Manage inventory adjustments in Navision and share weekly counts.
• Oversee RMA processing and returned products documentation.
