Job summary

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; verify orders.
Organize inventory areas with proper labeling, stacking, and rotation.
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Process orders: pick, pack, and stage for shipment.
Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries; generate shipping docs.
Monitor facilities and equipment for safety and efficiency.
Maintain inventory movement records and generate KPI reports.
Support internal teams with warehouse-related inquiries; address issues promptly.
