Job summary

You will manage shipments, maintain accurate records, coordinate carriers, and generate KPI reports while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with WMS and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related role.
• Proficiency with WMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments with accuracy.
• Process customer orders, pick, pack, and stage items for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers, generate shipping labels, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate KPI reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and cycle times.
