Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding its Shannon, Mississippi distribution operations and seeks motivated individuals to join the warehouse team. You will monitor inventory integrity, manage location data, and conduct cycle counts while maintaining accurate records and compliance with safety guidelines.

The role requires cherry picker operation, RF scanner use, and strong data entry skills in a fast-paced environment. Training and long-term growth opportunities are provided by MAT.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Recent warehouse experience within last 2 years.
• Experience with cycle counting/inventory.
• Certified to operate Cherry Picker/OP.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them.
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Document damaged product.
• Operate Cherry Picker/OP.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in data entry.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoringand controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Document damaged product
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function
• Must be able to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Must be computer literate
• Have strong verbal and written skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 2 years
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory
• Must be certified to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Recent Experience with RF scanners
• Must be computer literate and have experience in any WMS.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data
