Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. operates a new Shannon, Mississippi distribution center as part of its global logistics network. The inbound team is seeking motivated warehouse professionals to support scheduling inbound freight, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt ahead of Last Free Day.

Responsibilities include coordinating OS&Ds, maintaining strong internal controls, and assisting with workload balancing for inbound and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight and schedule containers.
• Unload freight timely within Last Free Day constraints.
• Manage Street Turn to minimize fees and optimize inbound flow.
• Coordinate OS&D documentation and report to stakeholders.
• Review inbound Shipment Notifications with the Inbound Leader.
• Support inbound and inventory administration.
