Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is expanding a Shannon, Mississippi distribution center and recruiting for a warehouse team member. You will help monitor inventory, perform counts, and ensure accurate product location data.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a Cherry Picker/OP, using RF scanners and a WMS, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. MAT offers training, benefits after probation, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate a Cherry Picker/OP.
• Recent experience with cycle counting/inventory management.
• Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must be English-speaking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and location data.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Document damaged or non-conforming product and report issues.
• Operate Cherry Picker safely and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors.

Job Description

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
• Document damaged product
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function
• Must be able to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Must be computer literate
• Have strong verbal and written skills
• Must be detailed oriented
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last 2 years
• Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory
• Must be certified to operate a Cherry Picker/OP
• Recent Experience with RF scanners
• Must be computer literate and have experience in any WMS.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data
