Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, respond to and create written instructions, emails and memos.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts and perform simple calculations.
• Adaptability to changing logistics tasks and environment.
• Clear, proactive communication with internal/external customers.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for supplies and purchase orders from leadership; receive and distribute orders.
• Serve as facility liaison between vendors, Accounts Payable and Corporate Finance.
• Create Purchase Orders for supplies and facility projects; maintain office supplies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and solicit bids for annual supplies.
• Perform routine clerical tasks and document information clearly.
