You will collaborate with warehouse management and CSR to resolve issues, process RMAs, and manage Navision adjustments. In-office role with immediate impact on operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in inventory control and warehouse operations or equivalent military/practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile with reports.
• Collaborate on yearly physical inventory planning and execution.
• Manage bin placement with emphasis on safe handling of chemicals.
• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues with warehouse management and CSR.
• Assist with freight claims via the online portal.
• Manage Navision-based inventory adjustments and weekly cycle reports.
• Oversee RMA processing and returned products.
