Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to perform counts, verify stock records, and help ensure inventory integrity in a busy warehouse. You will generate reports, monitor shrink, and support audit activities while aligning with company procedures.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of warehouse inventory experience, stand-up reach experience, and familiarity with AS400 or SAP systems. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Stand up reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to count and perform inventory duties with strong math skills.
• Experience with AS400 or SAP preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in-stock; creating total inventory records.
• Comparing inventories to office records and computing figures from records.
• Verifying clerical computations against physical count and investigating discrepancies.
• Monitoring inventory rotations and making recommendations as needed.
• Preparing reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Maintaining shrink at or below company standard.
• Understanding overall business and departments in how they impact inventory.
