Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and daily reconciliation. The role involves RF-scanned cycle counts, locating goods in WMS, and collaborating with Inventory Control to ensure precise transactions. The position requires a GED or high school diploma and 1–3 years in warehousing or cycle counting, with MS Office proficiency and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of experience in warehouse/distribution center, inventory control or cycle counting or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts using an RF scanner while adhering to the cycle counting process, procedures and guidelines.
• Accurately locate goods in physical and computer database (WMS/RF Scanner).
• Work closely with Inventory Control to ensure accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system counts to find root cause.
• Assist in cycle counts throughout the fiscal year in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of all cycle counts, inventory transactions and correspondences.
• Communicate cycle count findings to Inventory Management.
• Ensure damages are accurately reported.
• Work with cross functional teams to resolve issues with inventory counts.
• Pull cycle count reports for research and adjustments to POs, RMAs, TRNs, SOs, P&L.
