Hampel Corporation is a growing thermoforming manufacturer with over 50 years of experience in multiple markets. The Inventory Control Specialist will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile variances, and document root causes using ERP and the inventory control system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Basic understanding of ERP and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Validate bins and document root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Research and transact in the system to correct issues.
• Lead improvement efforts and participate in kaizen events.
• Operate forklift and scissor lift as needed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and proper inventory movement between locations.
• Complete daily scan gun audits.
