Job summary

Acme Construction Supply Inc. Milpitas, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring organization, accuracy and cleanliness.

You will perform cycle counts using RF equipment, maintain locations, handle returns, and assist with other warehouse tasks while upholding safety procedures. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a $24–$26 hourly rate + monthly incentive bonus after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiar with RF devices and cycle counting.
• Basic knowledge of Solar Eclipse POS system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Phocas software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts with RF equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and organize warehouse locations and hot shelves.
• Process customer returns per established procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coach staff when needed.
• Operate forklift safely and assist with general warehouse tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and support process improvements.
• Assist with other duties as directed by warehouse management.
