ID Logistics in Reno, NV, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory levels at our facility. This role supports the Operations Manager by ensuring all inventories are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, handling returns, updating records, and supporting physical inventories. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of warehouse processes are required.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory as requested by the customer.
• Process returned shipments and assess quality.
• Ensure proper documentation is signed and filed.
• Assist with physical inventories to maintain integrity of processes.
• Locate products within the system and correct discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve unique inventory occurrences prior to adjustments.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per guidelines.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe and enforce company safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
