Job summary

Kiva Confections is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in the Bay Area to receive shipments, record stock, and manage movements in the WMS/ERP system. You will partner with the Warehouse Manager to improve stocking procedures and drive order fulfillment efficiency.

Minimum 1+ year experience with live inventory and METRC auditing, forklift preferred, strong communication, and organized multitasking skills are required. Bay Area residency is a must.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.
• 1+ year of experience with METRC from an auditing perspective
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS software
• Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
• Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
• Forklift certified, preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
• Keep record of purchases received into facility
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counting
• Control the movement of merchandise in the warehouse
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to devise new stocking procedures and to develop techniques for improving order fulfillment pick rate efficiencies
• Audit the facilities entire inventory on a regular basis and provide accuracy reports to management.
