Job summary

Connected Cannabis Co. in Sacramento is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Control Specialist to handle daily inventory tasks, counts, labeling, and organization. You will verify product counts and regulatory compliance with METRC and ERP, ensuring proper labeling before sale.

Responsibilities include weekly cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and maintaining quality hold lists. Strong math skills, Excel/Word proficiency, and a California driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Inventory experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; METRC or similar tracking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Label, tag, organize, count and perform quality checks on all new inventory.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Verify quantity, labeling and COA for incoming products and ensure METRC/ERP entries.
• Perform monthly inventory audits and assist resolution of variances.
• Maintain logs for disposal and quality holds/quarantined items.
• Support Inventory Lead/Manager with regulatory compliance and counts.
