Fior di Sole in Napa, CA is seeking a Material Handler to support bottling operations. You will receive, verify, store, stage, and move dry goods and finished goods between our warehouse and production facility, and ensure accurate inventory with a handheld scanner.

You will document movements in NAV, perform counts, and coordinate with Bottling and Inventory teams to ensure correct items and lots are used for each run. Forklift operation and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years inventory management experience; winery/beverage preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience with handheld scanners and NAV/ERP data entry.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and ability to read BOLs and paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Receive inbound dry goods and verify against BOLs, POs, and packing slips.
• Record receipts, transfers, and counts in NAV; perform cycle/year-end counts.
• Label, store, and maintain organized storage locations; rotate stock FIFO.
• Pick and stage materials for bottling runs; confirm right items and lots.
• Move finished goods to warehouse; verify counts and lot codes.
• Operate forklift, perform daily safety checks, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Report discrepancies and assist Inventory Coordinator with variances.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols; adapt to changing bottling schedules.
