Job summary

White Cap in the United States is seeking a warehouse inventory specialist responsible for recording and controlling all inventory items purchased and produced, receiving products from vendors for quality control, and maintaining daily audit schedules.

You will manage inventory reports, ensure accuracy, handle cycle counts, and uphold safety policies in a comfortable indoor warehouse environment. HS Diploma or GED and 2–5 years' experience preferred; Monday–Friday shifts from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2–5 years in related duties.
• Experience with inventory control and audits.
• Proficient in data entry and basic Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with WMS and database software.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance systems during daily order processing.
• Investigate discrepancies and adjust records per procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and review cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors and check quality.
• Follow safety policies and promote best practices.
