Job summary

White Cap in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate responsible for recording and maintaining control of all inventory items purchased and produced. You will receive products from vendors, support quality checks, and manage daily audits to ensure accuracy.

Under supervision, you will review cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain inventory manuals while promoting a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; specialized skills training may be required.
• 2-5 years of experience in inventory/warehouse environment.
• Proficient with data entry and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve key issues, adjustments, and discrepancies.
