Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Inventory Team Counter in Auburn, ME. You will count SKUs, enter counts, and verify against variance reports to ensure accuracy across VIP stores, while supporting the record retention process.

The role requires reliability to commute to the work site five days a week and to travel as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is expected; prior inventory system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to commute and be at work location 5 days a week.
• Willingness to travel including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Physically counts SKUs and enters counts into electronic processor.
• Matches physical count to computer generated variance report and manually makes adjustments.
• Assists with identifying records which can be confidentially destroyed.
