Talentify is seeking an inventory control specialist in Portland, ME to ensure accuracy and integrity of store inventory. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a pay range shown below.

The role requires cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and close collaboration with store leadership. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills are essential for success in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a big box retail setting or equivalent.
• Demonstrated POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow cycle count and category review calendar.
• Audit inventory movements and adjust in system.
• Review shipping/receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit various SOPs and security of the facility.
• Check customer receipts daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
