• Receives Merchandise: ensure invoices and products are received, tagged and shipped to stores.
• Support of Website functions: document product for the website and photography workflow.
• Distributes and balances merchandise across locations per program specs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile counts monthly.
• Understand inventory programs and merchandising standards for day-to-day operations.
• Understand diamond, gemstone and precious metals fundamentals for inventory decisions.
• Perform physical inventory counts as scheduled at store locations.
• Ensure merchandise security and proper handling of returns to vendors.
