You will regularly perform physical inventories and adjust system data to match counts to maintain reliable inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a background in retail inventory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with physical inventory counting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and retail management software.

Responsibilities

• Count physical inventory and generate department audit reports.
• Reconcile computer data with physical counts and report errors.
• Work with store leadership to reduce inventory errors and audit inventory paperwork.
• Review discrepancies in daily sales and negative inventory reports; interact with food service staff and other departments to address issues.
