Job summary

First Supply LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support 2nd shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) at our Wisconsin operation. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize inventory control processes.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inventory control, warehouse operations or logistics experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and WMS or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Update and record inventory movements using the company system.
• Generate reports on stock levels and product movement.
• Investigate discrepancies and report to the DC Inventory Manager.
• Assist with product movements and racking reconfigurations/labeling as directed.
• Process and handle consolidated vendor returns efficiently.
• Contact manufacturers for authorization to return non-stock items.
• File defective goods claims with reps or manufacturers.
• Follow up on return goods authorizations or credits.
