Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator for the 2nd shift on a Monday-Friday schedule at our on-site California facility. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate outbound order processing, and ensure accurate documentation and data in the WMS.

You will work closely with DC leadership and warehouse teams to keep orders, inventory, and records accurate and ready. The role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with systems and data in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and inventory transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative across departments and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound orders and shipments in the DC.
• Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound loads.
• Use WMS to generate, process, and track warehouse work.
• Maintain logs, records and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
• Support inventory transactions and availability for reservations and picking.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support 5S and a safe, organized work environment.
• Handle documentation and recordkeeping.
