Job summary

Vertical Cold Storage LLC is seeking an Inventory Controls professional for the 2nd shift (4pm-2:30am) in Bolingbrook, IL. This role focuses on overseeing customer inventory through coordination with operations in receiving, warehousing, and distribution services.

The candidate will audit inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate handling in line with company policies. Strong English communication, basic Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by auditing and cycle counting receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Ensure correct and timely handling of product following company policies and procedures.
• Control inventory by conducting physical counts and reconciling with system software.
