Job summary

Now-Health-Group,-Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I for 2nd shift at 391 Building, Bloomingdale, IL.

The role supports inventory accuracy of finished goods, bulk, and packaging materials using RF scanners and Oracle. Responsibilities include cycle counts, reconciling variances, maintaining perpetual inventory, assisting with annual audits, and organizing stock to optimize space in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to earn certification and operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform daily cycle counts using the RF scanners.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory cycle count reports and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining computer perpetual inventory and identify variances.
• Prepare and participate in annual cycle count audits.
• Organize and consolidate stock to optimize space and efficiency; support Shipping/Receiving.
• Enter information in Oracle and maintain electronic/physical records.
