Vertical Cold Storage LLC is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for the Bolingbrook, IL facility. This full-time, second-shift role runs 4pm to 2:30am and requires Saturday availability. The position involves cross-trained warehouse duties, inventory control, and safe operation of powered equipment to fulfill shipments accurately.

Prior use of forklift and other motorized equipment preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Use strong math skills to count and multiply accurately.

Responsibilities

Verify items received and shipped by checking information, inspecting condition, and recording counts.
Maintain inventory by labeling and placing materials in stock and recording locations.
Prepare product for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, loading and securing it.
Document shipments by recording units shipped using defined processes.
Drive and use Powered Industrial Vehicles to operate forklift and related equipment.
Follow safety rules and perform pre-use inspections on equipment.
Use handheld scanners and vehicle-mounted units to maintain inventory accuracy.
Label cases according to customer specifications and assist in general housekeeping.
