Job summary

CJ Logistics Corporation is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records and support warehouse efficiency. You will conduct cycle counts, manage inventory in the WMS, process transactions, and assist with receiving and shipping while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

The role emphasizes identifying discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and accurate data entry for inventory.
• Experience with warehouse systems and basic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile variances.
• Maintain inventory data in WMS; keep records up to date.
• Process receiving/shipping docs and inventory adjustments.
• Assist with receiving shipments, inspect for damage, update records.
• Support order fulfillment and shipping activities; ensure safety and organization.
• Identify inventory issues and suggest improvements.
• Conduct location audits; perform root cause analyses for issues.
• Operate forklifts or related equipment per safety protocol.
