Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to ensure accurate inventory records and support efficient warehouse operations. You will monitor stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and oversee non-conforming goods handling to ensure compliance with internal protocols.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, data entry in the WMS, and documentation for inventory movements, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a hybrid warehouse/office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to verify stock levels and locations.
• Input and maintain inventory data in the WMS.
• Manage documentation for inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Assist with receiving shipments and support order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and proper product placement.
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements.
• Perform product/location audits and root-cause analysis of issues.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Work in a hybrid environment, warehouse plus office settings.
• Comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
