Leupold & Stevens' Inventory Control (IC) department is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team of experienced IC Specialists, with over half the team having been together for more than 5 years.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Starting Base Rate of $19.50/Hour + $2.00/Hour Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments, routing to appropriate locations.
2. Inspect, report, and document damages, shortages, or errors.
3. Perform cycle counts accurately.
4. Transport, transact, weigh, count, package, and label materials.
5. Use job-specific equipment, technologies, and software proficiently.
6. Participate in department and interdepartmental projects.
7. Seek feedback and opportunities to learn and improve.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, including numeric and alphanumeric organization.
• Preferred one year of Inventory Control or relevant experience.
• Follow FIFO inventory management practices.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and show initiative.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and email.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Physical Demands

Work in a manufacturing environment, able to move up to 50 lbs, with specific vision abilities required.
