Leupold & Stevens' Inventory Control (IC) department is seeking motivated individuals to join our experienced team of IC Specialists, many of whom have been together for over five years.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Starting Pay: $19.50/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and route incoming shipments
• Inspect, report, and document damages or shortages
• Perform accurate cycle counts
• Transport, weigh, count, package, and label materials
• Utilize job-specific equipment, technologies, and software
• Participate in projects and assignments across departments
• Seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, including numeric and alphanumeric organization
• Preferred one year of Inventory Control or relevant experience
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

Physical Demands

Work in a manufacturing environment, able to move up to 50 lbs, with visual abilities including color, close, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
