Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks an Inventory Clerk to maintain perpetual inventory, perform cycle counts, and support reporting and audits to meet shipping needs. At multiple sites, duties may include holds/releases, recalls, and QA tasks while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Role requires a HS diploma or GED and 2 years in a warehouse environment, with basic PC skills and a focus on detail and safety. This position emphasizes teamwork and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment; industry-specific may be required.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and audits; report discrepancies.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate variances.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestations audits.
• Ensure site compliance with quality standards (SQFI, FDA) and maintain quality portal.
