This newly created role closes the loop between what gets purchased, what arrives, and what the books say. You will reconcile inbound shipments against open POs, verify shipments, reconcile warehouse inventory with accounting records, allocate landed costs, and assist with

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control, AP, purchasing, order entry, or shipping/receiving
• Hands-on experience matching POs to receipts and resolving discrepancies yourself
• Comfort in accounting software, strong Excel, ability to work across two systems
• International shipping/landed cost exposure a plus

Responsibilities
