Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support our ongoing operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and maintaining optimal stock levels. This role is essential in helping to streamline supply chain operations, prevent losses, and ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of goods received and shipped
  • Communicate with Manufacturing and Shipping departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Conduct frequent spot checks and participate in annual physical audits
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs
  • Assist with upgrades to inventory systems and related software
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to inventory processes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing-related inventory
  • Strong computer skills; familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and inventory software
  • Excellent math, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of quality control principles
  • Forklift certification or prior logistics experience
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus
