Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our Perris, California operations. You will record and audit inventory, manage cycle counts, and ensure accuracy across vendor receives and internal records.

Responsibilities include maintaining control manuals, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with buyers on quality issues. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, and safe operation of forklifts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in inventory control or related area.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift operation experience and safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Resolves key issues, adjustments, and discrepancies per internal controls.
• Maintains inventory accuracy; follows up on adjustments and cycle counts.
• Receives products from vendors; checks quality and communicates issues.
• Maintains inventory control manuals and safety procedures.
• Promotes a safe work environment and adheres to policies.
