Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Use RF scanners and handheld devices to verify inventory accuracy.
• Compare physical inventory to WMS records and investigate discrepancies.
• Research and resolve missing or misplaced inventory.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality concerns.
• Update inventory records and enter counts into warehouse systems.
• Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Support receiving, shipping, and staging teams in locating products and resolving issues.
