Join to apply for the Inventory Control Specialist role at Oil States International.

GEODynamics in Millsap, TX, is seeking qualified candidates for an Inventory Control Specialist. Our campus is located on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX, west of Fort Worth, with easy access from Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells, and Aledo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively complete tasks according to standard operating procedures to meet inventory, delivery, and quality targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct cycle counts, record inventory data manually and digitally, and verify clerical computations against physical stock counts.
  • Track inventory movements between locations and warehouses.
  • Perform assembly procedures to load, repair, and store equipment safely, using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Pull materials from the warehouse as needed by the Machine Shop.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and computer records for inventory items.
  • Keep tools, shop, and equipment in good condition and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory environments.
  • Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and maintain reliability and punctuality.
  • Attention to detail to minimize mistakes and oversight.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and standing for extended periods.
  • Repetitive motion and physical endurance required.
Work Environment
  • Occasional exposure to chemicals, fumes, gases.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
