Job description

Position Overview: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, preventing and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inventory counts, record results, and communicate discrepancies to management or customers.
2. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including customer claims and cycle counts for missing products.
3. Adjust inventory quantities and print labels.
4. Handle damaged inventory and dispose of it properly.
5. Update inventory and discrepancies in the Warehouse Management System, including processing adjustments.
6. Assist with special projects and customer-specific requests.
7. Report operational errors affecting inventory.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with forklift and reach trucks, and a valid forklift license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
