Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an Inventory Control Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize inventory control procedures and processes. This candidate has a strong background in warehouse inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain precise inventory records while providing data on in-stock products to aid in proper stock level management
• Analyze inventory data using NetSuite as well as additional tools to identify trends to make informed decisions
• Identify stock issues and inform merchandising of potential out-of-stocks and/or overstock situations
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales merchandising teams to forecast product
• Demands, and ensure adequate stock levels
• Work cross-functionally with the warehouse, merchandising, production, and marketing teams to solve any and/or all inventory related issues
• Keep up-to-date records of stock levels to manage and track incoming deliveries
• Implement supply chain management duties to streamline operations
• Implement inventory KPI’s such as shrinkage, stock variances, and fulfillment accuracy
• Implement technology-driven solutions such as RFID tracking, and/or barcoding systems
• Implement and enforce inventory control policies and SOPs
• Oversee inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
• Manage and optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods
• Train and prepare team-members on inventory procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Inventory Management in the apparel industry
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
• Background in multi-location inventory management
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Proficiency in NetSuite a must
• Experience in financial modeling for inventory cost analysis
• Ability to create data visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively
