Position Summary

As our Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory stored in the stockroom is controlled by maintaining adherence to relevant company procedures and best practices, reviewing individual metrics & promoting a positive impact to the Inventory Control team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in kitting required
  • Experience with inventory control preferred
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Microsoft Outlook as well as company MRP/ERP System required.
  • Must be able to independently perform workload

  • Receiving-in & controlling inventory accuracy, traceability and locations
  • Issuing material & physically kitting jobs based on company priority
  • Enforcing & adhering to our Counterfeit Parts Prevention program
  • Enforcing control of & adhering to FOD & general adherence to Company & Customer Quality Requirements
  • Adherence to our ESD & Shelf-Life Sensitive Product Controls
  • Performing Cycle Count Program – counting parts & completing stock take forms
  • Practices 5S throughout the Stockroom
  • Kit Jobs as released by Planner
  • Maintain and file Production requested Requisition Forms
  • Maintain Floor stock components via min/max requirements as defined by Buyer/Planners
  • Process material with finite Shelf Life in accordance with Work Instruction
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Have a positive, engaged attitude that's easy to work with and aligns with our culture
  • Collaborate with respective departments in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable and utilizes data to make informed decisions.
  • Promote a collaborative environment with the inventory team
  • Learn how our processes work and foster a team environment
  • Coordinate with the management team and department to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Pay Transparency

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $18.50 - 23/hr (DOE), plus $2.00 per hour for working on the 2nd shift. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
