Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
• Fulfill material requests from production and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow safety policies and communicate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams.

Salary: USD27 - USD28 per hour

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory / Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and fulfilling production requests. The ideal candidate has prior inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and part numbers against purchase orders
• Label materials with appropriate SKUs and ensure proper identification
• Accurately enter receipts into the inventory system
• Store and move materials to designated BIN locations

Inventory Control

• Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Production Support

• Fulfill material requests from production accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure materials are delivered to meet production schedules

General Duties

• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams
• Support additional tasks as needed
