Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and track finished‑goods shortages, adjusting orders as needed.
• Investigate variances, damaged goods, and reconcile monthly/annual inventories.
• Verify FIFO storage, scanning accuracy, and product integrity.
• Maintain logs, reports, and shipping documents; report discrepancies promptly.
• Support process improvements and help resolve receiving or transfer issues.
• Operate a forklift (certification provided) and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of inventory control experience (food industry a plus).
• Knowledge of SAP or WMS systems, handheld scanners, and basic MS Office.
• Strong math, problem‑solving, and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work 10‑hour shifts and occasional Saturdays.
